Luggage Warranty
• ONNIRICO provides a 5-year warranty on all luggage products - 2 years default warranty, with the additional 3 years requiring product registration within 30 days of purchase.
• 2 Years Complimentary: Covers manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
• 3 Additional Years (free): Available upon product registration within 30 days of purchase.
Covered Components:
• Zippers: Misalignment or failure under normal use.
• Trolley System: Issues with the telescopic handle or button mechanism.
• Wheels: Manufacturing defects affecting smooth rotation & cracks under regular travel conditions.
• Shell: Cracks, discoloration at the time of arrival or structural flaws
• Carry Handles: Breakage under normal conditions.
• Locks: Lock malfunctions.
• Logo Plate & Side Feet: Defective attachment or breakage.
Not Covered:
• Zipper malfunction due to over packing / overload.
• Other Overstuffing-related damage like shell crack, damage.
• Mishandling by airlines or transport providers.
• Cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs, dents, bend metal parts etc.).
• Environmental exposure (extreme temperatures, chemicals, water, solvents, acids etc.).
• Wheel jamming due to sand and dust issues.
• Shell: Not covered for airline damage.
• Locks: Can not prevent theft, and forgotten passcodes & airline damage are not covered
• Carry Handles: Not covered for misuse and airline damage.
Backpacks & Accessories Warranty
ONNIRICO provides a 1 year warranty on backpacks and accessories:
• 6 months Complimentary
• 6 Additional Months Free upon registration within 30 days of purchase.
Covered Components:
• Structural defects and stitching failures.
• Malfunctioning USB charging ports (if applicable) upon delivery. Need to be reported in 15 days from the date of delivery.
Not Covered:
• Normal wear and tear (wrinkles, dents, fading).
• Damage due to overloading or misuse.
Spare Parts & Repairs
ONNIRICO offers a hassle-free repair process with spare parts provided under warranty when applicable, along with detailed repair guides for at-home fixes. For common issues like trolley handles, wheels, logo plates, or TSA locks, instructional videos are available to assist customers.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
• Proof of Purchase: Required for warranty claims and product registration.
• Coverage: Limited to manufacturing defects; does not cover misuse or normal wear and tear.
• Repairs Beyond Warranty: May incure a fee for replacement parts.
• Discontinued Products: If unavailable, an equivalent replacement or upgrade option will be offered (price difference to be covered by the customer).
International Warranty
ONNIRICO provides limited international coverage due to logistical constraints and service availability. Customers outside India may receive replacement parts with self-repair instructions, but certain repairs, such as cracked shell and zipper issues, are only available within India. We recommend international customers contact support for alternative solutions.

• Cracked Shell & Zipper Issues: Repairs available only within India.
• All shipping charges, duty and custom clearance at the receiving end will be in customer scope.
Making a Warranty Claim

• ONNIRICO covers inspection and return shipping.
• Trackable shipping is recommended for safety.
• ONNIRICO is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
• Counterfeit products will be confiscated and reported to authorities.
• Approved claims result in repair or replacement, subject to availability.
• TSA locks help prevent accidental opening but do not guarantee security against unauthorized access and theft of the product or its contents, breakage or entry by airline or airport personnel or governmental authorities.
• Inspect your product immediately after handling by anyone other than you. If damaged during transit , submit a claim to the transit company ( which is insured against damaging your product ) at the place of arrival , should be reported before clearing customs.
