At ONNIRICO, we take pride in delivering high-quality travel products designed to enhance your journey. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle- free return, refund, and cancellation policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Returns Policy
We offer a 10 - day return and exchange policy for all ONNIRICO products, ensuring that you have ample time to evaluate your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• The product must be unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact (including dust bags, boxes, and other brand assets included in the package).
• Products that have been altered, used, or repaired by a third party will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Returns are only applicable to purchases made directly from www.onnirico.com and are not valid for purchases made through third-party retailers or e-commerce platforms.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@onnirico.com with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for pickup or drop-off. After we receive the returned product, an email confirmation will be sent to notify you of the return status.
Returning Conditions
• Ensure that the product is returned in its original condition along with all packaging materials and invoices.
• Failure to return the original packaging and accompaniments may result in a deduction of INR 100 per item from your refund amount.
• Once the return request is approved, we will make up to three attempts to pick up the item. If we are unable to complete the pickup due to unavailability, the return request will be cancelled, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and the product is received, we will process the refund as follows:
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund process typically takes 7-10 business days from the date of return approval, depending on your bank’s policies.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed to the customer’s designated bank account. Please share your bank details via email or WhatsApp to initiate the refund process.
• Instant Wallet Credit: Customers may opt for store credit, which will be issued immediately upon return accaptance. Wallet credits can be used for future purchases on www.onnirico.com but are non-redeemable as cash.
• If your refund has not been received within the expected timeframe, please email us at
support@onnirico.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy:
Cancelling Before Shipping
• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Simply visit the My Orders section in your ONNIRICO account and select the cancellation option.
• If your order was prepaid, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Cancelling After Shipping
• If your order has already been shipped, you may still cancel it. However, a refund will only be processed once we receive the product back in our warehouse.
• If the order is already out for delivery, you can decline the package upon delivery, and the return process will be initiated.
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed once the product is returned and inspected.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
ONNIRICO reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:
• Orders with incomplete or fraudulent information.
• Situations where product availability is affected.
• Any unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling your order.
In such cases, any payment made will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
Exclusions & Additional Notes
• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products cannot be returned.
• Special Occasion Sales: Orders placed during special promotions, limited-time sales, or clearance events may not be eligible for cancellation or return.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery. Such items will only be accepted if they remain in their original packaging and unused condition.
